The benefits of Yoga to your overall health and well being include improving your strength, balance & posture, enhancing your mental focus, mood & energy levels, and reducing your levels of stress & the effects of aging. In our group Yoga classes you will experience how the practice of Yoga can do all of this for you AND improve your tennis game too! Our one-hour classes will offer you strength building and therapeutic Yoga sequences that will focus on increasing muscular flexibility and stabilization, mental focus, physical stamina, core strength and injury prevention! Classes are appropriate for all levels and abilities, including beginners.
Because Pilates is a non-impact exercise system focused on increasing flexibility and strength to build functionally sound bodies, it is appropriate for all ages and abilities. Pilates emphasizes the abdominal and low back muscles while integrating control and body awareness.
Pilates strengthens and stabilizes the core, while increasing the flexibility, strength and functional mobility of our joints. A terrific way to counteract the natural effects of aging and poor posture, it compliments all types of fitness programs and sports. For the general population, the core strength, posture and mobility gained from Pilates will enable the safe execution of every day activities. For athletes, amateur and professional, Pilates will make the core strong and stable to handle the large forces generated by the legs and arms during their sport.
Our Pilates Mat Classes are appropriate for all levels and abilities, including beginners.

Yoga
Level 2 -
An intermediate/advanced class for those with a basic understanding and experience of yoga.
Intermediate and advanced poses will be introduced. Be prepared to work hard and you may just get sweaty.
All Levels - Basics of yoga will be explored. Gentle stretching and no yoga knowledge needed.
Level 1 & 2 - An intermediate class that will focus on strengthening, alignment, balance and flexibility for an overall and complete yoga class. Some experience is recommended but not necessary..

Ladies' Circuit
This semi-private group class maximizes athletic performance and improves total body fitness, intermixing functional movements, strength training, flexibility, mobility and cardio. This is small group training where each circuit is modified for each individual – this is NOT a one size fits all group class!

Foundation Training is a series of exercises based on integrating the muscular chains of the body. Our exercises begin with the Posterior Chain of Muscles to quickly stabilize your spine and core because our modern lifestyles leave most of these muscles week and imbalanced. You can quickly learn the tools you need to fix many of the chronic pains plaguing our daily lives.
